STORE POLICIES
Payment Methods: Afro-Originals® accepts payment via PayPal. We do not accept cash or CODs.  
Sales Tax: Required sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses located in North Carolina. Sales tax is based on final purchase amount plus shipping and handling charges. 
International Orders: At this time, we only accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the United States (U.S.). Afro-Originals® is unable to ship to international, APO or FPO addresses. 
Sale Prices: Sale prices are for specified timeframes and on selected merchandise. Therefore, sale prices are not applicable to prior purchases.
Order and Shipment Confirmations: Afro-Originals® will e-mail you a confirmation to let you know that your order was received. Then, when your order ships another e-mail will be sent to let you know it is on the way.  
Errors Disclaimer: Every effort made to provide complete and accurate information on www.afrooriginals.com. On occasion, typos, inaccuracies or omissions may occur. Afro-Originals® reserves the right to correct any errors and change or update that information at any time without prior notice.
Shipment Methods: Afro-Originals® offer the following shipping options: 1) U.S. Priority mail and 2) FedEx.
Afro-Originals'® Guarantee:  Afro-Originals® stands behind its products and the customer care provided. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to let us know. Afro-Originals® will be happy to exchange the item or refund the purchase price. 
Exchanges & Returns: As mentioned in Afro-Originals'® Guarantee above, if for any reason Afro-Originals'®products do not meet your expectations, we are happy to make an exchange or refund. Please return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (excluding delivery and handling charges). The item must be in resalable condition. Follow the steps below to exchange and return an item. If the merchandise price for the replacement item exceeds the amount you paid, please include payment for the additional amount. There are no additional charges for delivery and handling if you're exchanging an item.  If the replacement item is available, it will be shipped to you. You will be charged for the second shipment, but you will receive credit for the original item including delivery and handling once the return has been processed. Please note that delivery and handling charges are not refunded when you return an item unless Afro-Originals® is at fault.
Refunds
Depending on the method you use to return the item, it may take approximately 7-14 days for Afro-Originals® to receive your return. Your refund will be sent to you via first-class mail once Afro-Originals® has received the return.


Steps to Exchange or Return 
To exchange or return, please follow these steps: 
1. Contact Afro-Originals® at (704) 891-0253 or e-mail at sala@afrooriginals.com to begin the return/exchange process. 
2. On the Exchange/Return Form (back of Sales Slip), list the item(s) being returned and the reason for the return. Indicate if you would like to exchange the item (s) or if you prefer a refund. 
3. Repack the item (s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include the Sales Slip with the Exchange/Return Form completed. Use the return label that is included in your package. Please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., United State Postal Service or FedEx) and retain your receipt. Afro-Originals® is not responsible for item(s) damaged or lost in transit.  
4. If you are returning a purchase because it is damaged or you did not receive the product you ordered, Afro-Originals® will provide a prepaid U.S. Postal Service return label.

Damages & Shipping Errors
Contact Afro-Originals® immediately at (704) 891-0253 or e-mail Sala Faruq at sala@afroriginals.com if your order arrives damaged or if there is a packing error. Please provide your name, address, and a description of what happened. See the steps for Exchange & Return listed above. 
Standard Delivery
Afro-Originals® will ship your order within 2-3 business days of receipt of a money order payment. Your order will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail unless you requested otherwise. Your order should arrive within 2- 3 business days. Orders paid by check, will be shipped only after the check clears (approximately 5 business days). Once the check clears, Afro-Originals® will ship your order via U.S. Priority Mail unless you requested otherwise.
